How does it work? Call, log in at, or download the First Stop Health mobile app to request your doctor visit. You’re all set to get started — no registration required!

Use the Member ID number on your Highmark medical card (ending in 001) when you’re asked for your employee ID on the app.

How much does it cost? Nothing! $0 — no fees or copays. It’s provided to medical-enrolled employees and their covered dependents as part of your benefits package.
