2020 RUS Grant Planning

The purpose of this meeting is to review the goals and timeline of this grant, the responsibilities of the partners and examine the equipment (both distance learning and STEM) list for any potential adjustments.

The meeting will take place on November 10th from 1 – 3 pm in my Zoom room (http://ciu10.zoom.us/my/danberger).

While there is no limit to the number of people you can send, we would ask that at least one administrator, one technologist and one participating teacher attend.

Please use this form to RSVP on behalf of your district as well as name your POC for the 2020 Grant.

We will begin at 1 pm by reviewing the goals and timeline of this grant and the responsibilities of the partners after which the administrators will be free to drop off if they wish.

The rest of the time will be spent in small group discussion reviewing the equipment list (both distance learning and STEM) and reaching consensus on any changes we wish to submit as a group via a budget revision.

If you participated in the 2019 grant and there is any way you could assemble one of the distance learning carts before the 10th, it would inform our discussion as we are currently planning to purchase the same carts as part of the 2020 grant.
