Executive Director’s Goals 2025/2026

Goal #1:  The Executive Director, in collaboration with the Facilities and Finance Committee, will lead a decision-making process to oversee the bidding and construction of the new CIU 10 Executive Offices. This goal will be evidenced by engaging with outside agencies, contractors and/or property owners through phases of planning and construction and work completed during the facilities and finance committee meetings as scheduled.

Goal #2:  During the 2025-2026 school year, the Executive Director will help develop and expand the image and brand of CIU10 through communications with stakeholders and clients focusing on the dual purpose of the IU as a service provider and a business entity. This will be accomplished through targeted conversations and marketing including training to staff about the importance of the IU brand as well as through information on social media, in the IU Connections publication and by a presence at community events.

Goal #3: During the 2025-2026 school year, the Executive Director will provide the board with a monthly written summary of professional development activities and/or professional reading/research in which he has participated in or completed with a focus on a greater understanding of the role of the Executive Director in an Intermediate Unit and how they support their clients. This will also include the completion of a contracted mentorship program and participation in PAIU network.

The evaluation for the Executive Director was completed on July 23, 2026, finding he met the leadership standards and the mutually agreed upon goals for the 2025-2026 school year.
