4. Spices- Cinnamon, fennel, ginger, black pepper, himalayan salt, nutmeg, etc. all provide an abundance of health promoting properties. Having vitamins, minerals, and anti-inflammatories, make them great for immune health.

5. Nuts- Almonds, cashews, chestnuts, peanuts, pistachios, and walnuts contain essential fatty acids and minerals to keep your immune system happy. They also support better cholesterol levels, heart health, weight loss, and improving skin and hair.
