This five session graduate-level course will examine the seven identified mindsets that impact students of poverty. The following mindsets are integral to level the educational playing field for all learners: relational, achievement, positivity, rich classroom climate, enrichment, engagement, and graduation.
Join us to explore the impact instruction has on learners. Student futures are not solely determined by their socio-economic status; in fact, current research has explored the profound impact that instruction and mindset can have on our disadvantaged learners.
