    What is EAP? EAP stands for Employee Assistance Program. Lytle EAP Partners provides this program for employees and their families. The EAP offers counseling and a wide variety of work/life services to help with the everyday life problems we all encounter from time to time. The program is free and confidential.

    How can the EAP help? Your EAP can help you and your family with many problems that impact your personal well-being and your ability to perform your job. These may include: Marital or Family Problems, Financial/Legal Difficulties, Balancing Work/Life, Emotional or Stress Related Problems, Drug or Alcohol Abuse, Problems Related to Work.

    What web-based services are offered? Your EAP/Work/Life Program provides a complete collection of web-based information for health and wellness in everyday life. Topics Include: Parenting, Aging, Balancing (mental health/stress/substance abuse), thriving (health and medical topics), working, living.     EAP financial services can help with issues such as:

    What is Home Safe? Home Safe offers reimbursement for cab fare home if you have been out drinking and need a safe ride home.

    • Offered 365 days a year
    • Reimbursement provided up to three times in a calendar year.

    How do I use the EAP? Call 800-327-7272. A master’s level counselor answers all calls and can arrange a face-to-face appointment. Help is also available if you are in a crisis and you need immediate assistance.

    Will my company know that I’m using EAP services? Confidentiality is one of the most important aspects of the EAP. If you contact the EAP directly, no one will know unless you tell them. If you are referred to the EAP by your supervisor, no information about your participation will be released without your written consent.

    Who pays for these services? The EAP is free to you and your family. Your employer pays for these services. Sometimes, there may be a need for additional professional services and a referral is made to an outside agency.
