• Dr. Francine Endler Dr. Francine Endler was appointed Executive Director in March of 2020. She joined the IU team on July 1, 2020. Dr. Endler, previously served as Assistant Superintendent of the Hollidaysburg Area School District. She had served the Hollidaysburg Area School District over the past 21 years in several capacities, including Director of Curriculum, Elementary Principal, Guidance Department Chairperson and Elementary Guidance Counselor. Prior to beginning her career in public education, Dr. Endler worked for ten years with children in specialized foster care placements.

    Dr. Endler received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Duquesne University. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling and certifications in Elementary and Secondary Guidance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Endler attended St. Francis University to obtain her Principal certification and Shippensburg University for her Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility. Her undergraduate degree in Sociology is from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.

    Throughout Dr. Endler’s career she has demonstrated an ability to lead, motivate and direct. She has been effective in building authentic relationships with students, parents, faculty, and administrators. The CIU 10 community looks forward to Dr. Endler utilizing her proven abilities to help advance the CIU 10 mission of building the capacity of all learners by identifying needs, developing courses of action, and supporting the implementation of strategies to allow for continuous advancement and achievement.
