The CIU10 STEM Lending Library is now available for educators to use!
The library has many types of equipment that support Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) learning in the classroom.
Starting Tuesday, May 23rd, the CIU10 will move our Lending Library System over to the PA STEM Lend system. Some key features of the update:
Select materials come with Moodle courses to train you on the material prior to rental. If you have previously been trained on a particular item, please contact Melissa Duckworth prior to rental to bypass the course.
Automatic Account Creation: Accounts created with your school email address are automatically approved and if we have a rental form for your district on file, you can start renting immediately!
Email Updates: You will receive updates as to the status of your rental! You will be notified when your rental is received, approved, delivered, and returned so you know where your rental stands!
Item delivery and pick-up will now be part of the contract beginning with the 23-24 school year!
There will be a $300 non-refundable fee for the use of the equipment.
