The CIU 10 Adult Education program offers FREE adult education classes available to adults 17 years of age and older who are no longer enrolled in high school. Through funding provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, the driving force of our program is to assist adult learners with obtaining their Secondary School Diploma or brush up on their academic skills, with the ultimate goal of entering post-secondary education and/or employment.  Our teachers work with students in small groups in order to offer the individualized attention that is needed to accomplish the designated goals. We now offer a variety of learning options and prefer that you make an appointment. Those instructional models include:

In-Person Instruction: These are held face-to-face at one of our classroom locations in  Clearfield, State College or Lock Haven.

Remote, Real Time Instruction: These are held via Zoom. You are expected to have the technology necessary to meet remotely. More of this is discussed at orientation. The expectation is also that you will be uninterrupted while attending your real-time remote class.
